By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8k8.login Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each user may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 8k8.login Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, 8k8.login may require you to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to:

8k8.login reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if it is determined that the funds are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement, a pending dispute, or a regulatory hold. In such cases, you will be notified via your registered contact details.

8k8.login offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 8k8.login.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8.login, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 8k8.login's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 8k8.login's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
